Making an Appointment

To make an appointment, please contact me via the button below. We'll have a brief phone conversation to make sure that my approach and availability is suited to you and your needs. From there we will book an appointment, and you will receive an email to confirm the appointment details as well as a link to an intake form to complete before you arrive.
What to expect
Your first, and possibly second, appointment will cover:
-
what is happening in your life
-
how this is affecting you and important others
-
what you would like to get out of the sessions
-
my suggestions for how we can work together
-
any questions you may have
Subsequent sessions will be spent addressing the issues raised in the first appointment(s). If other concerns arise, we will work out what is the priority for a particular session. Deciding on when to finish therapy is a collaborative process. I will give you an estimate of how many sessions would be helpful for your initial goals to be met and will check in with you regularly to ensure we are working on the things that are important to you and doing that in a way that is meaningful to you.
