Individual Therapy

I provide individual therapy sessions for adults (18 and over). A session is 50 minutes long and can be held in person or via telehealth (via secure, encrypted videolink accessed through your preferred web browser). Please click here for current availability.

Monday (telehealth only): 10am - 2pm; Tuesday (closed); Wednesday - Friday (in person & telehealth):  10am - 5pm
