Couples Therapy

You might be wondering if or how to navigate the difficulties you and your partner are having. The prospects of surviving a relationship crisis, and emerging from it stronger than before, are high when both partners are willing to commit fully to the process of couples therapy.

I am trained in the Gottman Method for Couples and can help you and your partner work out the best possible way forward. Couples therapy can help to:

For circumstances when a relationship may not be reconcilable, the goal of therapy becomes learning how to cope with separation in such a way that each person can move forward with mutual respect and cooperation. This is particularly important to protect the welfare of any children affected by the breakdown of such an important attachment relationship.

Sessions with couples are usually 50 - 110 minutes long. An initial session includes a comprehensive assessment and detailed feedback on the relationship strengths and weaknesses. Please contact us for session availability and fees.
